★ Students who apply for internships via the Presidency's Career Gate are also required to fill out the Mandatory Internship Form and submit a copy to our Faculty.
★ ★ During the mandatory or voluntary internship insurance process, the Mandatory Internship Form and a Certificate of Entitlement must be submitted.Click here to learn how to obtain the document.
★ ★ ★ HOW TO OBTAIN THE EMPLOYMENT ENTRY/SEPARATION STATEMENT?- Click on 4A Employment Entry-Separation Statement (Social Security Institution) via E-Devlet
- Click on CREATE Employment Entry Document on the Balıkesir University Faculty of Health Sciences page
- The document must be downloaded by clicking the "Download File" tab and either printed or sent to the relevant institutions as a PDF.
